"The crew were dealing with a problem caused by a car accident and it required climbing a broken pole. They came to the house to explain everything, including the fact that they didn't think they could do anything until the pole was replaced because SLIC's wires were so close to the power lines. Despite that, they stayed and kept at it until they figured out a way and restored our Internet.
My mom, who is 100 y/o lives with me and was very concerned about her phone being out - that's how she calls down to me when she needs help. I work from home 2-3 days a week so that I can be here with Mom and was already more than halfway thru my second day of being unable to do any of my work. I had second thoughts about going back to Verizon until this amazing crew changed my mind simply by being so kind and helpful, knowledgeable and hard-working!
